Wind guarantee – Kite-surfing lessons Cancellation and Refund policy
At times we might have to cancel the kite-surfing lessons at the last minute due to unfavorable conditions such as very strong wind, light wind or no wind. This determination of the need to cancel is left to the discretion of the
management and instructors. These last minute decisions will be based on current or forecasted conditions, as well as on other factors such as safety, tides, etc. Cancelled lessons will be postponed according to wind conditions.
* If a lesson cannot take place due to persistent non conducive weather, the lesson will be fully refunded.
* If conditions change during a lesson and make it impossible to finish the lesson, we will postpone the time left during another lesson when conditions are better or, if not possible, refund the balance. In the case of clients
not being able to complete their course due to their own personal schedule there will be no refund.
Non-show: 100% cancellation fees
Late arrival: full lesson will be charged
